Returns & Exchanges
Inspect Your Order
Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us right away.
Return Eligibility
All return inquiries must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in brand-new, unused condition to be eligible for return.
- Returns not due to damage or manufacturing defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee (covers order processing, shipping, and restocking costs).
- Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Electronic parts are not eligible for return.
- Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations due to extenuating circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Special order wheels and parts cannot be cancelled for any reason.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide your reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item(s) back within 15 days of receiving your RA#.
Exchanges
We're happy to help you exchange an item for a different part or variant. To request an exchange:
- Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
- We'll issue an RA# and provide instructions for sending the original item back.
- Once received and inspected, your replacement item will be processed and shipped.
Exchanges are subject to the same 15-day return window and condition requirements as standard returns. If there is a price difference between items, the balance will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and the condition is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 2–3 business days and processed to your original form of payment in 5-7 business days.
